Verify your identity (one-time step)
Exchanges are required by law to verify who you are before allowing withdrawals. Go to your profile → Identity Verification / KYC and upload a photo of your government-issued ID plus a selfie. Approval usually takes a few minutes to a few hours.
Add money from your bank
Go to Buy Crypto or Deposit → Fiat (cash) on the exchange and transfer money from your bank account or credit/debit card. Most exchanges support bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and local payment methods. The money usually arrives within a few minutes to 1 business day depending on your bank.

Come back here, click Connect TronLink, approve the connection, enter your deposit amount, and click Send & Deposit. Your PROFISTRA balance will update within 1–3 minutes once the transaction confirms on the blockchain.
Always choose TRC-20 (TRON) network when sending USDT — on the exchange AND in TronLink. Sending on the wrong network (ERC-20 or BEP-20) will permanently lose your funds with no way to recover them.

When you withdraw, PROFISTRA sends your earnings as USDT directly to your TronLink wallet on-chain. From there you transfer it to a crypto exchange, sell it for your local currency, and withdraw cash to your bank — just like an international bank transfer.

Each investment plan has a lock period of 15 days. During this time your profits are growing but cannot be withdrawn yet. Once the lock period ends you will see a green "Withdraw Ready" badge on your plan card — you can withdraw at any time after that.

Open the TronLink browser extension (the icon in your browser toolbar), click on your wallet name at the top, and copy your address — it starts with the letter T. If you do not have TronLink installed, download it for free from tronlink.org.
Enter your address and submit the withdrawal request
On this page, paste your TronLink address into the wallet address field, select the plan you want to withdraw from, and click Withdraw. Double-check the address before confirming — cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed.
Wait for admin review (usually 5–30 minutes)

Open TronLink, click Send, paste the exchange deposit address, enter the amount, confirm the network is TRC-20, and send. The USDT usually arrives on the exchange within a few minutes.
Sell USDT for your local currency
On the exchange go to Trade → Spot (or Sell Crypto), find the USDT / your currency pair (e.g. USDT/USD, USDT/EUR), and place a Market Sell order. Your USDT will be exchanged for cash at the current rate instantly.
Withdraw cash to your bank account
Go to Withdraw → Fiat (cash) on the exchange, choose your bank account (you may need to add it once under payment methods), enter the amount, and confirm. Most banks receive the transfer within a few hours to 1 business day.
Always use TRC-20 (TRON) network when moving USDT — both from PROFISTRA to TronLink and from TronLink to the exchange. Using the wrong network (ERC-20 or BEP-20) will permanently lose your funds.

Write it on paper — right now. Never type it anywhere digitally or take a screenshot. If you lose this phrase, your wallet cannot be recovered. No one — including PROFISTRA — can help you get it back.
After writing it down, click through to confirm 3 words from the phrase. TronLink will then open your new wallet.

Copy your wallet address

Buy USDT TRC-20 on any exchange such as Binance, Bybit, or OKX using your credit card or bank transfer. When withdrawing from the exchange to TronLink, always select network: TRON (TRC-20).
Also send a small amount of TRX (about 20–30 TRX, roughly $3–5) to your TronLink address — TRON charges a tiny fee in TRX to process transactions.

Find your wallet address & fund it
In TronLink, tap "Receive" to see your wallet address (starts with T) and QR code. Copy the address.
Then buy USDT TRC-20 on Binance or OKX on your phone, and withdraw to your TronLink address — select network TRON (TRC-20). Also send about 20–30 TRX (~$3–5) to cover gas fees.
Always select TRON / TRC-20 network when sending to TronLink. Wrong network means permanent loss.

This is the most important step. In the TronLink app, look for a browser icon — usually labelled "Discover" or "DApp Browser" in the bottom navigation bar. Tap it to open TronLink's built-in browser.
In the address bar at the top, type: profistrafunds.com and tap Go. The PROFISTRA platform will load with your wallet already available.
Do not open Chrome or Safari to use PROFISTRA on Android — use TronLink's own browser. Only TronLink's browser can talk to the wallet.

Log in and go to Deposit
Log in to your PROFISTRA account (or register if new). Go to Dashboard → Deposit. Tap "Connect TronLink". TronLink will show a connection popup — tap "Accept". Your wallet address confirms the connection.

Send your deposit
Enter the deposit amount (minimum $10 USDT), tap "Send USDT via Wallet →", then tap "Confirm" in the TronLink transaction popup. Your investment activates automatically once the blockchain confirms (1–3 minutes).
You can watch your balance update on the Dashboard in real time as profits credit every hour.
On iPhone, you use the TronLink app with its built-in DApp browser. Because Apple restricts browser extensions, the app's internal browser is the only way to connect a TRON wallet on iOS. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

Download TronLink from the App Store
Open the App Store on your iPhone. Search for "TronLink" and install the official app by TronLink Technology. Open it after downloading.
Look for the green logo and the verified developer. Avoid look-alike apps.

Create your wallet
Tap "Create Wallet" → set a strong password. Write down your 12-word Secret Phrase shown on screen.
Paper only — do not screenshot. This phrase is the only way to recover your wallet if you lose your iPhone, change devices, or delete the app. Store it somewhere safe offline.
Confirm the phrase when prompted to finish setup.

Find your address & add funds
Tap "Receive" to see your wallet address (a long string starting with T). Copy it.
Buy USDT TRC-20 on Binance or another exchange app. When withdrawing, paste your TronLink address and choose network TRON (TRC-20). Also send about 20–30 TRX to pay for gas fees.
Select TRON (TRC-20) as the network when withdrawing. ERC-20 or BEP-20 will result in permanent loss of funds.

Open PROFISTRA inside TronLink's DApp browser
In the TronLink app, tap the globe / browser icon in the navigation (it may say "Discover" or "Browser"). This opens TronLink's built-in DApp browser.
Tap the address bar and type: profistrafunds.com, then tap Go. PROFISTRA will load inside TronLink, with your wallet available.
Important: do not use Safari or Chrome to access PROFISTRA on iPhone for depositing — only TronLink's internal browser has wallet access.

Log in and connect your wallet
Sign in to your PROFISTRA account. Go to Dashboard → Deposit. Tap "Connect TronLink". When the TronLink popup appears asking for permission, tap "Accept". Your wallet address will show on the page confirming the connection.

Make your deposit
Type your deposit amount (minimum $10 USDT), tap "Send USDT via Wallet →", and confirm in the TronLink popup by tapping "Confirm". The TRON blockchain confirms your transaction in 1–3 minutes and your investment plan activates immediately.

TRON Network Not Enabled
Trust Wallet connected but no TRON address was found. TRON must be both enabled and selected as the active network.
How to fix it:
Click the Trust Wallet icon in your browser toolbar.
At the top of the wallet, tap the network name (e.g. "Ethereum").
Select TRON from the network list to switch to it.
If TRON is not in the list: go to Settings → Networks → Add Network and enable TRON, then switch to it.
Come back here and click Connect Wallet → Trust Wallet again.
