Refund Policy

Our refund and withdrawal policy governs how funds are handled on the PROFISTRA platform. Please read this carefully before investing.

Effective: January 1, 2025 Last updated: January 1, 2025
Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, on-chain deposits cannot be reversed once confirmed. Please review your investment decisions carefully before committing funds.

01General Policy

PROFISTRA operates as a digital asset investment platform. Funds deposited and invested on the platform are subject to the terms of the investment plan selected. Given the nature of blockchain transactions and real-time financial operations, PROFISTRA operates a no-refund policy on activated investment plans under normal circumstances.

All users agree to this policy at the time of account registration and again when activating any investment plan. This policy does not affect your right to withdraw available balance according to standard withdrawal procedures.

Exceptions to this policy are detailed in the sections below and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our compliance and operations team.

02Investment Plans

Once an investment plan is activated:

  • The plan principal is committed to the investment strategy and cannot be refunded or reversed;
  • The 7-day lock period applies from the activation date — no withdrawals of the principal are possible during this window;
  • Profits that accumulate in your available balance during the plan are yours and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold;
  • At plan completion, the accumulated profits reflected in your available balance are fully withdrawable.

Users are encouraged to review plan terms thoroughly before activation. If you have questions, contact support before investing.

03Accidental Deposits

PROFISTRA does not accept responsibility for funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in an unsupported asset. Specifically:

  • Wrong network: Funds sent via ERC-20, BEP-20, or any network other than TRC-20 cannot be recovered and will not be credited;
  • Wrong address: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. PROFISTRA cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address;
  • Unsupported assets: Only USDT TRC-20 is accepted. Other tokens sent to your deposit address are not credited and may not be recoverable.

If you accidentally deposited more than intended to your PROFISTRA address in USDT TRC-20 (correct network), and the funds have not yet been moved into a plan, contact support within 24 hours. We will review the case and, where operationally feasible, may arrange a return of the excess amount minus any applicable network fees.

04Platform Errors

If a verifiable platform error results in:

  • Duplicate investment plan activation due to a system bug;
  • Incorrect profit calculation that inflated or understated your balance;
  • Unauthorised transactions on your account caused by a platform-side security incident.

PROFISTRA will investigate the incident and, if the error is confirmed on our side, we will remedy the situation by correcting balances or issuing a credit. We commit to resolving confirmed platform errors within 5 business days of the investigation conclusion.

Errors resulting from user action (such as user-side security breaches, incorrect withdrawal addresses, or devices compromised by malware) are not the responsibility of PROFISTRA.

05How to Request a Review

To request a refund review or dispute resolution:

  1. Contact our support team via support@profistrafunds.com or Telegram;
  2. Include your registered email address, a description of the issue, and relevant transaction IDs or timestamps;
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a case reference number;
  4. Investigations are typically completed within 3–5 business days.
All refund decisions are final and are made at the sole discretion of PROFISTRA's compliance and operations team.

For general withdrawal requests, use the standard withdrawal feature in your dashboard. This refund policy applies only to dispute resolution and exceptional circumstances, not routine withdrawals.
