PROFISTRA offers tiered investment plans with defined durations and stated daily return targets. By activating a plan:

Deposits: PROFISTRA accepts USDT on the TRC-20 (Tron) network only. You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct network. Funds sent on other networks are not recoverable. Deposits are credited after 19 network confirmations.
Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to manual review by our compliance team and are typically processed within 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal is $10 USDT. PROFISTRA reserves the right to request identity verification or additional information before processing a withdrawal as part of its AML obligations.
Fees: Network (gas) fees associated with on-chain transfers may be deducted from withdrawal amounts. PROFISTRA does not charge platform withdrawal fees.
Registered users may participate in the PROFISTRA referral programme by sharing their unique referral link. You earn a 10% commission on the investment amount of each user who registers via your link and activates a plan.
Commissions are credited instantly to your balance and may be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal terms. Referral abuse — including self-referrals, use of fake accounts, or any form of manipulation — will result in forfeiture of commissions and permanent account termination.

All content on the PROFISTRA platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and trade names — is the exclusive property of PROFISTRA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. PROFISTRA may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Any funds held in completed plans or available balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance review.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation, unless prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the platform dashboard and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
